Theodora Mileva
Project Assistant
Theodora Mileva supports the SEE Austria team as Project Assistant with a background in project design and coordination, communication, and international collaboration. She has been engaged in NGO and media sectors, where she has developed skills in managing diverse project tasks, stakeholder engagement, and creative communications.
Theodora’s experience includes work with social initiatives and cross-sector collaborations, allowing her to contribute to project planning, community outreach, and documentation effectively. Her interdisciplinary perspective—drawing from journalism, digital communication, and volunteer project design—enhances our team’s ability to implement inclusive, youth-focused, and impact-driven activities across SEE Austria’s portfolio.
Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, and now based in Vienna, Theodora is deeply passionate about using arts and culture to empower communities and spark social dialogue. She has developed and produced creative works — including podcasts and short films — that explore cultural narratives and social themes, and her projects have received awards for their artistic vision and impact.
Alongside her creative pursuits, Theodora actively contributes to NGO initiatives, authoring and supporting Erasmus+ and volunteer-driven projects that focus on community development, democratic participation, and environmental awareness. Her experience in coordinating cultural content, engaging with youth networks, and managing project elements enriches SEE Austria’s mission to foster inclusive dialogue and meaningful cultural connections. Theodora’s fresh, multidisciplinary perspective and commitment to civic engagement help strengthen our programming and community outreach.
