Seevolution started its days as "A time machine for evolution", and its main goal is to show you the
the changes throught time that are necessary for a certain species to evolve into a different one. Of course, you could do this before we wrote seevolution, but it involved looking at extremely long, extremely boring
text files and required a very good imagination. Now you have an excuse to be lazy, who wants to imagine
chromosomes when seevolution can do it for you?
Now you can understand and explain the basics of how evolution works just by looking at a screen, display information easily on 3D models and traverse phylogenetic trees just with a click. And it's a lot prettier than text files!
